EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - North Caddo Medical Center

Ive only ever dealt with Willis Knighton because it was closer. Tonight my daughter needed quick care and thats what happened. I arrived around 8:00 and left around 9:15. I would have been there all night had it been Willis Knighton South. Thank God I went here. Thank you for the great and efficient care you provided.

Brought my 4 year daughter in for dental work, shes on the Autism spectrum, shes never experienced anesthesia or that environment of a hospital on that level. The hospital staff were bringing kids in from anesthesia as they were freaking out screaming and hollering and keeping them DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE KIDS WAITING TO GO INTO ANESTHESIA!!! HOW DARE THE ADMIN THINK THAT IS ANYWHERE NEAR OK?... My heart goes out to the Kids and Parents who have to keep their kids calm while other kids coming out of anesthesia are terrified from the experience and are dealing with those new emotions! Those poor Babies, on both ends. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION NEGATIVE STARS IT'D BE -20. I feel for the staff trapped there. The Admin NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!
