When I rented room asking in advance.. of course how much it was.. I was told I had the girl to repeat it twice to me because she does not speak clear English she has broken English. She even wrote it down on a piece of paper said $69 when I looked at the statement two days I found that they had charged me $89 I called him back the lady refused to talk to me she handed the phone to her husband are assumed it was her husband it was a male figure anyway.. He proceeded to cuss me for money into the other he told me he said yes I know who have stayed here over a period of years off and then he said he didn't care whether he had my business or he would do whatever he wanted to he owned the business and he didn't care whether anybody stayed there he was very rude and very obnoxious I could not even sleep in the bed it was one of those high-rise beds and I had specified to her a low bed cuz I have arthritis and I cannot climb up in the bed so I never even slept in the bed I took a shower and left. The room was not cleaned and I don't know that it would have been safe to sleep in the bed anyway even if I could have got. I would not recommend this place to nobody either stay in Texarkana or go to Shreveport do not stay in Vivian Louisiana they will try to scam you one way and they do not appreciate your. Yes I'm very unhappy with these people in the I have stayed in the same hotel off and on since but I will never stay!!! Rooms: Dirty and unsafe for senior people they have high rise beds that you cannot get in I specifically asked for a regular bed but when I got to the room I realized I could not get in the bed I tried to call the office they refuse to answer

This was a terrible experience for me and my kids. They overcharged us, kept harassing me, and they only hire drug addicts to help them clean. I killed at least a thousand baby roaches. I highly recommend NOT to ever come here!
