All Phase Service Company Inc

Me and my wife had a disappointing experience with All Phase. Despite having a home warranty, they were unwilling to address the issue under coverage and insisted on charging for every aspect, even just entering my home instead of climbing on the roof. Attempts to contact them beforehand were futile, with days of unanswered calls. The lack of customer service and reluctance to honor warranty terms left me unsatisfied and frustrated.

We have not had hot water for nearing two weeks and the insurance decided to use this company. It took days for them to even show up, look at all the new equipment to decide to replace it, and not even report to the insurance company..We are now using someone else. I hate poor reviews, but this is just bad service.

Water heater busted called in the request to be fixed, almost 2 weeks have gone by and nothing has been done, and then they tell me that have to replace everything as which I had replaced already in 2016. Dont use them, I recommend jam huckabee, they took care of it next day

I had used this company multiple times in the past with no issues. For this last week I have not been able to get them to complete a hot water heater replacement through my home warranty service after being called multiple times by the home warranty. Sierra is unprofessional and has not provided the company with the necessary documentation to complete the service. Would not recommend to anyone going forward.
