Hi my name is Ms. Jones and my experience with this company and the technician( Mr. John Sanderson ) was awesome. The clerk ( Tamara ) was also very nice, polite and professional and they both made me feel respected and likable. Mr. John from day one, coming out to my home was very knowledgeable of his job. He showed and told me every detail that he was going to do, he was on time, very courteous, he made sure he cleaned up behind himself. Hehe told me everything I needed to know before he started and also showed me step by step what was done and some xtra (who is going to do something xtra without wanting to be paid for it.) If we had a lot of technicians like Mr. John today, I am so sure the ones that hesitate calling professional companies would rethink about it. Thank you Mr. John for treating me with respect and doing a darn good job. GOD bless you and your family.
