Amanda Reese at from desk was extremely polite and helpful with my stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place for you next stay.

The staff is just wonderful but the hotel looks like a old motel 6. The beds were not comfortable and the toilet quit working. The guy next door was smoking a big cigar but he was outside..unfortunately it came into our room. The rooms were very clean but just not up to best Western standards.

The best western is west Monroe is a nice place to stay, Tiara and Amanda work the check in and are always smiling and helpful at check in. The quick check in is nice after a long day or night. Brittany always has breakfast ready and does a really good job of the food prep and cleanliness of the dinning room. A big shout out to the room cleaning staff,( Allie, Jayme, and Holly) there is nothing better than checking in and going to clean room, these ladies take pride in their job of giving someone a clean room, it is appreciated. The grounds are kept up very well, Marcus is always busy fixing things or keeping the pool serviced ready for swimming. Overall a nice place to stay. Thanks to all the hard working people. Rooms: Nice clean rooms Walkability: Close to several nice restaurants. Food & drinks: Morning breakfast is good.
