        Came in the other day to pick up a fan. Marked as in stock on the website, but when I arrived they told me I should have called before coming. Not, hey sorry we made a stocking error, but instead to make sure you call before you come in. Do you expect all of your customers to call in before they arrive to make sure all of their items are in stock? Or is it a reasonable expectation to assume if it is marked in stock online, you have it in the store? To not apologize for the error on their end, but instead to blame me for not calling? Bleh.
