I came on here to post a nice review and see somenegative ones. I dont know what the negative ones are talking about! This is a nice place! Unless you are one of the problem people you should have a good experience here. Im glad I moved here, and Yes I did look at the other places which were nice but over priced. I moved here for the school system. As a proud teacher of a top school in the state, I have to be comfortable where I live. I dont want to have to move anytime within the next couple of years. I have a nice garage attached to my apartment. My apartment is big and I love my kitchen. Its gated and has a couple pools. And the people in the office are very sweet to me. I havent had many maintenance issues because Ive only lived here less than a year. But when I had a dishwasher issue it got repaired quick. And when I needed help with my toilet running the maintenance man came within a few minutes of my call. They have changed some staff since I moved in last July, but I havent noticed anything major. I definitely recommend!

Since KaTarah, Adular, Keith, and Abe have been in the office, the resident engagement and activities has improved. They are actually making it feel like a community. Prior management did nothing with the residents except collect your rent. This group is great to work with. They actually listen and hear you out and make you feel valued. The trouble I still experience is with Corporate on issue that happened before this group. I have lived here since the summer of 2022. I only continued to live here because I am almost done with law school and did not want to deal with the hassle of moving. I would give more stars to this wonderful group of 4 but the property is terrible. Giving 2 stars to this property is extremely generous. I would not recommend moving here. I have had previous employees give my keys to a vendor and woke up to them in my apartment without my knowledge and no one acknowledged it. I heard about people breaking in cars around here and teens carrying guns at night. The do not keep the gates closed so you are paying for a gated community that is not actually gated. I have had an AC issue since I moved in and they only half way fixed it so part of my house is extremely cold and the other part is hot because it gets no air.

I think Zachary Parkside has finally got the right person in the office to run the complex. I met Ms KaTarah Today & her Pleasant demeanor was appreciated, because I didnt want my niece to even go there; but she has changed my outlook on the place.
