        Reserved room, when I got there at 5am was told they put me in for a no show. Booked room and was told I needed to do the day ahead so they wouldnt think we werent coming and it could fall on the next day.It was all very confusing & with me following the lady reserving the rooms advice,it still ended up being messed up. First night was just ok. Beds were very uncomfortable, not two mattresses but one a large mattress on a large box. Not sure what that was all about. Second night after being gone all day came back to roaches crawling all over tv dresser, before going to bed I saw one on one of my beds. Had to empty all my luggage before leaving for fear of transporting to next location. I called Corporate before checking out and expressed my issues, was supposed to contact but nothing, checking out spoke to front desk nothing left message with manager of this location.nothing. Its not a cheap hotel and standards are really subpar. Next time I think Ill take the time & check reviews. Nearby activities: Funeral

        Location was ok. Zackary is a small town. Hotel was quiet. Not much in the way of breakfast. No eggs or bacon. Asked for handicap room. Was told they were full. Friend was not able to use tub. Staff had no accommodations to assist.

        Okay so my mom bought me 2 nights with this place I only spent 1 night and they charged her 30 bucks cash and 100 card. They charged her 1 nights then call me the next morning saying we need to pack up and check out. We told the front desk 2 nights and they only put 1 night. Their prices are way too high for 1 night and I was there when my mom said 2 nights. This place ain't worth the prices or service.
