We believe that you intended this rating for the property management company that actually manages your mother's home and respectfully ask that you withdraw the rating.At Real Property Management Premium, we take pride in our strenuous screening process that includes rental history verification, credit review, balances owed to previous landlords and income verification for our properties. We can assure you that 100% of our applicants are thoroughly screened. Secondly, scorecards are created for each applicant and the homeowner approves all prospective tenants before they sign the lease. Thirdly, we have a robust home inspection program. All home inspection reports are reviewed with the property owner. Any damages identified during the property inspection are promptly addressed with the owner and resident. Finally, we have an outstanding staff with a very low turnover rate.At Real Property Management Premium our core values are integrity, and respect for people.
