A couple of things here. Thank you for your feedback. First off: I am open for appointments only. If you called 10 times, you probably heard that on the voicemail. I have been that way for almost 4 years now. I see a email request from the website that you filled out 62 minutes before you filled out this review. I appreciate you following the process I asked for on my voicemail in order to set up an appointment as I also see a Google Request from a couple of nights ago that do not immediately pop up. I would have gotten back to you to set up an appointment. Although this week is a holiday week, and we have been experiencing the worst floods we have seen in decades, Places with no power, Roads closed, etc etc. I still have been working at the office and setting up appointments. The closest place to have your repair done that might be a better fit for your schedule is in Portland. Side Note: The buildings are numbered: The address is online. Although Google Maps may not have the direct spot where the shop is located as accurate, The numbers on the front of the building are Sequential and there is a big Logo on the Front Window that says iSolution Pros on it (like in the profile picture on this Google Page). There is also a note in the window that explains when I am open (by appointment). I hope you find joy in your holiday season, and have a Merry Christmas!
