        They quoted us $4500 first, then 8k, then they planned their clean up extremely poorly causing them to go over days so when they were done suddenly they wanted $9600. Never going to happen. It would have taken 5 seconds to let us know they went past the quote. They put wet cardboard on my thousand dollar laser, they ruined more than the flood did. Con artists and clowns. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

        SO much black mold formed due to their gross intentional negligence. Highly advise anyone experiencing their negligence to report it to the attorney general for investigation. Charged over $10k to negligently leave my home COVERED in black mold. Had to get a competent professional company in which cost an additional 30k to clean up service masters intentional negligent mess of black mold throughout my home with an infant and a elderly in the home. Services: Water damage-related mold removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
