As the flowers we got where nice. The actual delivery service could use some education on customer service. Are delivery lady Darlene was yelling at me on the phone. Because of a wrong number. After I said ma'am 3 times and she still was on a rant about the number I had to actual speak over her with a load tone and say ma'am you wrote the wrong number down then she blames me for that. As she was still yelling. I at one point verbally said I wish I had gone to a different flower shop. This lady's rude behavior will keep me from ever going to this shop.

Why would this flower shop close at 4PM on Valentine's Day this is crazy. Now people have to go out of their way to one that is open in the opposite direction. This is dumb i say this because people work all day and want to get something for there Valentine's but yet their closed. So that's why they get 2 stars from me

Price is high for the amount of flowers i got..the chocolates i got and flowers are wet with water never again will i go here

Very very rude customer service I bought some flowers for my mom as a surprise I bought 12 dozen roses and not even the next day they were wilting she sent us some new flowers and blamed it on the cold as to why they where wilting not even two days later and the new flowers are dying and wilting I called them to see what I could do and she was very rude I would definitely not buy any flowers from her again
