After 35 years of paying premiums for home and auto, amounting to over $60,000 - and only making 2 claims. $3,000 for auto repair, after a deer hit, and $975 for water damage, after a pipe burst in that -42 degree temps last year. Then they set out to make life more challenging. We recieved a notice stating that they had looked the house over, and noticed damaged shingles - saying that we had 90 days to get the house re-roofed, or they would cancel our policy. It took 6 months to get a roofer out here, and we told them that. They still cancelled us after 3 months. When we asked to have our policy reinstated, they tripled our rate. Next, we were 3 days late on making our premium payment. We recieved the check back to us in the mail a week later. They had cancelled our policy, without notice, and refused to reinstate us. We are not the type who change providers, constantly looking for that better rate somewhere else. We are those old fashioned, loyal customer, types. To be treated like this is unacceptable. I personally believe that they were just trying to purge themselves of customers who had older, cheaper, policies that they no longer offer, but had been grandfathered in. Well, F - - K 'Em.

We had water damage at our business and dealing with the adjuster we had was a nightmare! Took forever to receive any compensation for the damage. Canceled them fast! Would never wish that nightmare on anyone!

They deserve negative 5 stars they had a insurance adjuster who has no idea what he's doing look at the truck he said 18,000 in damage for new frame back body an rear end.. They recommend me to an auto body shop who isn't capable of doing any of that work except the back body work after 35,000 in repairs the truck wasn't right at all didn't stear right! it is leeking oil! engine lights are on. It took 9 months till truck was back to me an its been to 3 repair shops 8 times to try an fix a truck that should have been Totaled.. the manager won't call me back left him messages after 9 months an a truck that wasn't safe i had to trade the the truck inn still broken to get away from this mess.. don't ever use this insurance company an switch if you do have them..
