        Worst company I have had the displeasure of using. They do not explain anything, customer service is a mess. Payroll has so many mistakes. Use any other company.

        This is the worst company I have had to deal with professionally. Customer service, timing, quality, are all Horrible. Mistakes left and right, and they try to take you for a ride charging double charging not explaining charges. Messing up payroll. So many departments and transfers on the phone youll spend all day just trying to figure out one thing. No communication. Never use this company.

        Not willing to work with you at all. Fees are very high and customer service is an absolutely insulting. We have worked with them to process a weekly payroll of 45k and will be looking elsewhere. They charge you fees hoping you won't notice.

        Used them for 1 year at our small business and it was the worst decision. They frequently make calculations that led to getting slammed with end of quarter tax liabilities. They have terrible communication. Once they made a premature withdrawal on our account that was not needed and I had to argue with many specialists to get it back in the account. Our account specialist changed 5 times in 9 months which showed me the level of turnover they are dealing with. Happy to be back with a local payroll company.
