Really appreciate the level of service I received from The Malloy Firm. From the first call, I felt like i was in good hands, they are very empathetic, approachable and authentic and their fee schedule is very reasonable. Mike went out of his way to make time to address my needs, he worked around my schedule to get me in for an in person meeting with very short notice. He made the emotionally charged and overwhelming topic of estate planning seem simple and straightforward. They also shared many recommendations for other firms to handle other needs I have as well. I highly recommend the Malloy Firm.

Felt rushed, unheard and uncared for. Gained 0 new information, given a discount but charged like 6 times to draft a basic letter and revise said letter that I never even got besides a email. And could have saved the 10 plus hours of said letter by saying nothing could be found makes 0 sense and cant ask about it or you get billed for the call.
