Craig handled the challenges thrown at him like a true pro's pro. I believe he did what he had to in terms of making sure all was in place to get to a closing with some challenges to overcome along the way. I've applied at a few places in the area and there are local Banks that aren't ethical, that took a $500 origination fee when they privately knew the loan wasn't going to happen because the property didn't qualify!
