Absolutely extraordinary service! I chose Marnie DuBois for my real estate agent this spring to help me sell my home while I was packing for a cross-country move. I loved working with Marnie from our very first phone call. She was a perfect fit for me and made what appeared to me to be a daunting process (first-time home sale) as simple and enjoyable as possible. She supported me from start to finish, and has excellent knowledge of the local market. Her husband also helped immensely with my move, literally clearing the way for my home to sell. Marnie agreed to 7 am and 5 30 pm meetings and was always available for questions. She considered us a team in this process and we developed a great deal of mutual trust. Her professionalism and skills went way beyond my expectations and I was very happy with the sale of my house. You wont be disappointed choosing Marnie as your real estate agent! Highly recommended.

If I could give no stars I would. My fiance and I submitted an offer on a Maine property with very lenient terms and $12K over asking I might add. Mr. Dubois (now referred to as Mr. D.) got back to our realtor that the offer was accepted but that we should get prequalified. So as we were getting the prequal info to him - literally we made it happen within an hour of his request. We thought everything was fine and moving towards an extended closing date - which was no problem - until later that night our realtor said she had some bad news and that Mr. D said other offers came in - WAIT what do you mean? Our realtor responded YOU SAID we had a deal - did you not? Mr. D's reply "It's not about the money-the owners want your clients to have it. If your client comes up X amount then it is theirs." So it's not about the money? Hmmmm. We ended up passing on this house due to the scruples of this man. Please everyone, let this be a lesson to you like it was for me. Get the offer signed as quickly as you can so that bottom feeders like this don't SHOP your offer around.
