I was shocked by the bill for over 500 bucks for a checkup of our just 3 years old mower. It took them over 2 weeks to get our mower back. I guess they had to send out for a new wheel. You would think they would stock those items. Several times we called and no one called us back. Not happy with the response from them.

I bought a 2023 john deere 1023e in April of this year, sales guy was good but service department is a joke, on the 2nd use it started throwing a overheating code intermently, then while using the mowing deck it broke probably 3rd time with maby 30hrs on the tractor. Brought it back to dealership to have fixed could not find overheating problem and had my tractor for 19 days was only supposed to take a week kept getting the run around. Not sure that I will go bac.

Their prices are outrageous, their customer service is a complete joke! They are rude! They ignore you! Miss the old days when it was a family owned business and they actually cared about their customers

I've worked with many other dealerships before & by far, United Ag & Turf has been awesome! Bryan in sales from Auburn has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need.
