        I have worked with Auburn Water & Sewer for many years. Both the office staff and the people in the field do a great job.

        Staff was fine, although they forgot to tell the installation department that they had set up an appointment. Price is awful for a new installation. $45.00 for labor for 20 minutes and an unbelievable charge for a meter that I don't even own of $311.00. Far higher than what I was quoted on the phone. Government services monopoly, Got to love it.

        The office management act like you work for them. Poor attitude. Poor service. Customer service in the office is awful. Perhaps they should get a job where attitude toward their customer has something to do with job security. I want to be clear that the technicians that are in the field are very helpful and try to do what is needed. Thank you to the people in the field.
