        The best experience I have ever had having my car serviced. They make you feel like you are important. So polite, professional and friendly.         I usually take my car to VIP in Augusta for inspections and other necessary repairs once a year or so but I had to visit them twice last month: first for a faulty ABS and Traction Control Sensor; the second to replace the a/c compressor. The crew took great care of my car, did the work well, and the whole time, they were friendly, pleasant, and patient despite the phones ringing off the hook and customers stacking up five-deep at times. I don't know how they do it! I trust the guys at VIP Augusta; I'm a customer for life. ( MAR 2023) I returned to VIP after about six months away. I had been given VERY bad news about my car by another mechanic (repairs totaling about $4k) and asked the VIP guys to do the most urgent of the repairs on the list the other mechanic gave me. Chris and Ben were GREAT! Ben checked every inch of my car and Chris confirmed: there was NOTHING WRONG with my car and, in fact, they said it is "in great shape." The other mechanic lied and they easily could have told me otherwise, doing the work and taking my money, and I wouldn't have known the difference. But they didn't. I have trusted VIP Augusta for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. (MARCH 2024) Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C replacement
