Starbucks

Most horrible coffee I've ever had in my life. Went through the drive through and they gave me the worst coffee and forgot to put the brown sugar syrup in it , went back to get a different one and they put ice in it when I asked for hot. Horrible service, terrible coffee, and they didn't even seem to care. I'll never go back there and give them zero starts. Don't go there, you'll waste your money and time!

The girls can be real rude here and there drinks aint good enough to put up the there attitude I always feel uncomfortable in every Starbucks I go in so I wont try it again they cost to much too

This place is located inside the Target store. They took out all the furniture from the Starbucks, so there is currently no sitting area in the store, but it's good for takeout. The customer service here is unbelievably awesome. I came in with a large party and due to my own mistake I paid with Google Pay, which charged my credit card instead of the Starbucks card. I asked for the refund on the card and charged it to the Starbucks card instead. Fighting the computer system, the barista and the customer service associate spent a ton of their time working to refund me everything correctly. After the taxes were rounded the wrong way, offered me the difference in cash, and when I (due to absent mindedness) walked out of the store forgetting the transaction was in progress, the barista actually ran out after me, found me in the parking lot and said they have my transaction ready to refund, inviting me to return and finish the transaction. When I thanked her for the extra kindness, she humbly replied that she is just doing her job! Very happy such people still exist in the world, I just hope there is more and more of them. Thank you all so much for a great experience, really appreciate your time and effort! Parking: Plenty of parking in the Target parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible, as is the Target store itself.
