I used to use Safelite. They were okay. But their new automated service system makes it impossible to business with them. I tried three times to get through to my local Safelite shop, and got kicked out three times for not giving the "correct" answer to the "approved" question. They'll do anything to prevent you from speaking to a human being. So I found a place that's more convenient, cheaper, and puts a real person on the phone. Sorry, Safelite, but your lousy customer service cost you my business.

You blink, you will miss the shop as I did. But when you step inside, it's a whole big bright world. Had my windshield replaced in record time (92 minutes) and had all the convinces I would ever need while I waited. And they have the best snacks available! The guys are awesome as well! Explained everything I would or should need for future reference. Will for sure be a repeat customer.

Scheduled a mobile appointment but had to reschedule due to rain they were able to book me for the shop the next day which was very convenient.
Shane the technician was lightning quick and had me out the door in 40 mins. They also reimbursed me for the difference of a mobile visit vs shop which was nice.
