My car which was park was hit in July and had very little information from my Adjustor and was informed after a month of trying to reach some from the claim department is a nightmare. I have no vehicle and rental is expiring this weekend. They haven't contacted the other Adjustor insurance to collect so I could buy another car in a timely fashion. Still I'm waiting on my insurance which is mutual liberty to get there act together. I will be switching my insurance to better company. It's embarrassing to have the car rental place ask to contacted my insurance because there getting zero response from them to conduct business. I'm was money in this company to be left in the darkness. Unsatisfied customer.

Super high poor service even charged me a early cancelation fee and I was monthly wit liberty.. go to state farm so much cheaper...

Have been waiting 2 months for final payment on an auto claim. Also, had a sales agent contact me to set up a phone appointment which they never kept.
