Always have to wait all day for my prescription when im supposed to take mine early morning! No one ever picks up the phone!

This is an amazing pharmacy. They know me by name. If there are ever any issues with my prescriptions, they talk directly to the doctor to get everything right. Their hours are very convenient, and there is hardly ever a wait. This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used, were the best stuff I have ever seen. I would recommend this pharmacy and the pharmacy only to anyone looking for a Quality pharmacy for their medication, immunization, or other health care needs.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot today, which would have been my first appointment at Shaw's Osco Pharmacy. After checking in, I waited for 90 minutes...still no shot. Within those 90 minutes I saw 4 or 5 other customers get their shots, at least two of them arrived after I did. I understand that the Pharmacist has a busy schedule these days with Covid & Flu vaccines, as well as filling prescriptions, but your customer's time is valuable too. Why recommend to customers that they make appointments...only to leave them sit there for 90 minutes, and then walk away without getting a shot? That was both my first and last visit to an Osco Pharmacy. I would suggest that when the Pharmacist is too busy to help someone, they say so rather than just leaving them sit there until they get fed up enough to walk away.
