Definitely will look elsewhere for custom printing needs from here on out. I truly just needed a single print at a custom size and was very flexible but I left empty handed. Order was supposed to be ready by 1pm (by express order), I got there to a broken machine but no call stating so. Even tried calling myself before 1230 but was transferred to printing with no answer for 8 minutes.

They get paid to pack and ship but did not accomplish that. I was sitting there packing my own boxes. While they kept recommending I go else where when the only place in Augusta closed down permanently! The staffing is incredibly lazy, management was sitting on the phone the entire time I was there. When the pack and ship representative asked for help from the staff and management he never got it. One staples representative made an excuse he was going to find packing paper in the back literally ran away until I was done packing my boxes (packing paper was never used) He showed up AFTER I finished packing my own boxes. Forced me to pack my own boxes and had the nerve to charge me a 25$ packing fee. FOR WHAT?! you guys did nothing to help me! I give credit to the ONE representative that was only on the job for 7 days at staples and was forced to do pack and ship with no training, and was his first day doing pack and ship. On top of that! The cost was well over 600$ To ship and the manager had the nerve to ask me to donate money after having me download the app in order to save money with coupons (I expected to save money after spending well over 600$) Get it together staples! You are the only place left in Augusta that does pack and ship! YOU ARE PAID TO DO THIS!

Chet from the print shop was incredibly helpful with a project for my business. He came up with an inexpensive option that would serve my need best and gave me multiple backups to ensure satisfaction!! Above and beyond service in a day that you dont always see above and beyond!
