4/10/23 Paid $450 to have taxes completed, after which the rep was not able to submit forms online. Things happen, right, but 9 days later we still havent received an update or phone call from either the assistant manager, Jen or regional manager Amy Wilson re: the return of our $450. Unprofessional.
