        The staff has been really great with my 5 year old through her immunotherapy appointments. It is tough to schedule at times but they always fit us in and have been very attentive to my daughters care.

        My appointment over the phone went well. When it came to getting my lab order done, it was pulling teeth. The order didnt exist at first even though it had been sent, I asked them to fax it anyway, and it took more than an hour for them to do so. (Im still waiting, Im the waiting room of a hospital, in the middle of COVID, just so I can get my order and finish registration to get some blood work done.) It takes 30 seconds to fax something, I shouldnt be waiting this long. I normally dont review things, but this is ridiculous. (Edit:30 minutes until they close, and still no call. Im fuming.)
