        While I realize we sign a waiver I wasn't expecting 15 foot long 4inch deep gouge marks on my lawn....no attempt was even made to not damage the lawn

        This company does not have it together. They did not dump my dumpster because it was "blocked", yet when I called the person on the phone could look at the photo and stated that it was not blocked in the photo and she wasn't sure why they didn't dump it. They did not dump it for 4 weeks past the time scheduled, even when they said they would. We were doing some home renovations so this really was inconvenient for us. I had to call a number of times. They did give me my money back for the month, but it has been a huge hassle. I feel like you shouldn't need to call you dumpster company bi-weekly, and wait for 15 minutes on hold each time. We miss the old company that Casella took over. Service: Trash removal & disposal
