Horrible company and Horrible landlord lived in one of his places room windows full of black mold rotted and also bathrooms rotten ready to fall threw the floors have pictures but can't post them here

So far this year the have damaged our generator and bent our propane line into the house. You have to be afraid of gas leaks and house fires because of their carelessness. In the past they were great but no longer. I would not recommend them at all!!!!!!

First off, John, the boss treats his workers terribly. Rarely ever gives them a raise (so if youre thinking of applying here dont.) He picks his favorites. Makes them stay late almost everyday, but uses a loop hole in the system so that he doesnt have to pay them overtime and it goes to bank hours so the men never see their money, hes a con artist at his finest. Can afford new trucks for him and his son, but cant give his loyal workers a raise. Can higher new men, but not give his loyal crew a raise. His accountant helps him do all this financial back stabbing. Black Bear Lawn Care is a joke and Id recommend finding a different company to support, instead of one run by a crooks thats steal peoples money.

Never came out to give me an estimate after three promises to come. Guess they dont need the Customers so I went elsewhere and found someone reliable and amazing!
