I hired Roberta Winchell to represent a child custody case and the case was left open in case of contempt. She was very expensive and was paid in full. We the clients have called Roberta to have paperwork modified and she will not Call us back!! 15 calls were made and not once did she call back. Poor service Weve called new attorney. -1 in rating

Took money for promised legal services. Did not deliver on any legal services and refused to return numerous calls and didn't return money. I filed a dispute with my bank for a refund. Do not recommend.

Winchell made unwarranted threats to take legal action against me, and when I got upset she said something to the effect that she needed to teach me a lesson "not to raise my voice to a lawyer"
