Shannon and his team were top-notch and the best experience I've had with a mortgage broker. Probably the most surprising aspect of working with Shannon is that he replies promptly any day of the week and pretty much any time of day. I always had support and answers to my questions right away, which was not only helpful as we navigated our home purchase but also allowed us to move more quickly.
Beyond that, Shannon and his team has been professional, clear in their communications, and always looking to help and go above and beyond to support. The home buying process was also facilitated by an online portal that showed exactly where we were in the process and what documentation was needed which could then be uploaded easily. Overall, the process was easy and Shannon and his team were delightful to work with.
