Rating this way because I havent even gotten through to them. My doctors office said the referral was sent through and accepted by both them and insurance. Called them because I havent heard anything, its been 2 weeks (4 from my last doctors visit) and they dont move as quickly as possible. Ive now been on hold for them for 15 minutes. Ill keep this updated to how long I have to hold and if I even get through to someone. Ridiculous that this is the closest ENT to skowhegan and they cant even get back to their clients especially when their clients have issues that are considered serious but not emergency care.

Very professional and willing to listen to patients. Open minded to several view points not just pushing medications or surgery. I am very pleased with my appointment .

45 years old and my hearing suddenly goes in one ear. My primary gave me an antibiotic just in case and then set up a hearing test. That took four months. It would have been longer if I didn't keep calling. The test obviously reported I had hearing issues. Then another few months until I see the Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. An experience of multiple phone calls that my appointment had to be moved to a different time, location or doctor. When I finally got in, it was pretty much 15 mins, quick look in my ear and discussion about getting a hearing aid. I pushed to get an MRI. The results from that were inconclusive. My in house appointment was of course moved, and just a phone appointment. The doctor actually said to me - "I am not great at looking at my MRI's on my own, so I will have to call and ask them. " I got no solid results and no help. Dr Taki seems to have wonderful reviews from people getting cheek and nose fillers, but stay away if you have a legit issue.
