I was trying to send certified mail, 1 day shipping, cost over $100. The person at the desk rushed me through like there was more than 1 person behind me. Worse, the driver never actually got a signature. He just jotted down a name at the destination.The name the driver jotted down was from a prior tennant. When we tried to track down the missing package we thought for sure it was stolen based on the name he gave. Turns out it went to a neighbor. Worse, when i complain to the hotline, they attribute the fault to the driver alone to seperate themselves from the liability. Dont drive for them, dont send packages or mail with them.

FedEx is kind of a joke. Their communication is something straight out of nightmares. They tell you to call the customer service number, and the system does everything it can to keep you from speaking with somebody. They delivered so many packages to my neighbor, and It took about a year to get a message to the driver to pay attention to the number on the front of the house... You can't get through to speak with the facility to see what the weather is like in their area before you make the trip... They knock on your door like 5-year-old girls so you can't hear it and then leave with your package that requires a signature. Their delivery windows are giant, so they can avoid any and all responsibility. I wish FedEx would go bankrupt, so a company that cares about its consumers can take its place.
