It was so awful it was comical. The recipes she presented were: Maple syrup drizzled on a tablespoon of ice cream, whipped cream blended with strawberries, "sorbet" that was a smoothie of frozen blueberries and banana. The two items that were baked were burnt.

Sharon is a very nice person but if you have ever cooked at all this class is not for you. She was disorganized and outdated. She spent a lot of time eating while we cut things.

Unfortunately, all of the bad reviews on other sites are accurate. Paid 75 per person for a 3 hour class (it was over after 2 hours and we were happy to get out of there) . We made blueberry muffins (they were good) and boiled two lobsters of which we each got 2 bites of. We went along with the tasting of RAW FLOUR to be polite. On a positive note, we had a fabulous lunch at Geddy's afterwards including a giant bloody mary, lobster roll, soups, and more for like $60. There are a lot of ways to spend your money in Bar Harbor and Amborsia Cooking School should not be one of them.

Such a waste. 50.00 to watch someone look completely confused in the kitchen. The menu was something you could have watched be made in the grocery store for free! And its more of a demonstration rather than a cooking class. You MIGHT cut one thing or take the plastic wrap off a container. Dont waste your time or money!
