We listed a fairly complicated property with Coastal. We also live out of State. It was vacant land that required surveys, communication with neighbors and road associations. Not an easy listing, and not an easy closing. But they ACED it - great communication. Extremely professional and they were fantastic at coordinating all the necessary local resources. Selling our Harrington home was the third real estate transaction in the last decade in which we benefited from Jeff Miller's experience and wisdom. This sale occurred at a particularly difficult time, as the real estate market sank when interest rates suddenly rose, but Jeff was able to coach us to a successful conclusion. He gave me great advice when I was buying a home and then, when I need to move away and sell my great home, was equally helpful, really going above and beyond to work with me on the transaction.
