Ok - I'm no car guy. When that tank hits E I can bust out my toolbox, aka wallet, and that's it. Auto zone always takes the time to answer questions, educate me on products, and the trade in on batteries was an amazing deal!! If I could get my car serviced here I would without question.

A friend's elderly (85yr old) mother in law was in to have her battery checked and ended up with some different issues that lead to her car not starting and being disabled in the parking lot. When I arrived I found Autozoner Brandon outside, in the rain and off the clock trying to do what he could to help. His professionalism and excellent customer service in going over and above by trying to help an elderly person from our community is something that is rare nowadays. Autozone should be proud to have brand new employee that displays such empathy and respect along with great customer service to someone in need. Great job Brandon!

The place is good when theres the Normal staff , the new kids dont know anything. Four trips later I got brake calipers and pads on the front of my focus and a simple oil change for my f-150 took two trips seems how the oil filter didnt fit . On a side note the manager has good punctuality and cut through the bull and got me the right belt for my 5.4 . For that I give 3 stars
