Would clarify - it is on Penobscot Bay which is beautiful but there were not any waves, like one might expect if it was ocean front. The beach was fairly far from our cabin but others where with in a 1/2 block. The kitchen was a little sparse, one small saucer, 3 spoons, 4 cups, no broiler pan.
