Booked two weekend nights with them through Booking, with 48 hours free cancellation. Upon confirming the reservation, they emailed a notice including a 48h $50 non-refundable fee. After cancelling before the 48h, they anyway charged the fee and refused to refund it after reaching out to them, because they are "a small business." Had to claim the charge via my CC company. Very disappointed at this hidden fees policy and poor customer service.

I recently had an amazing dining experience at The Elizabeth! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The food was outstanding I couldn't get enough of the Elote and Chile Rellenos, and my husband loved the Ceviche and Mussels Special. Plus, the wine selection was spot-on, perfectly complementing our meal. What really stood out was the attentive service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The Elizabeth deserves every bit of praise it receives and is a must-visit spot for anyone in Bethel looking for delicious food, great wine, and top-notch service. We can't wait to return.

Beautifully remodeled and still feels like stepping back in time while enjoying the great friendly service and deliciously different food. Will return soon!

We weren't guests of the Inn, but my family has come for their weekend brunch. We were very well cared for and I'm just so grateful to have a brunch option in our little town. My 4 year old absolutely loved her French toast
