I would not recommend this facility. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unreasonable. I have had multiple appointments where the team is 30+ minutes late taking me in.

Just wanted to say my daughter is a college student had a appointment, I'm so greatful for your employee Taylor! My daughter's insurance wouldn't have covered today's visit, it happened to me before I had to pay out of pocket. It's the small things in life. We appreciate you Taylor

Just another place that wants your money doesnt want to help you over $180 just to get an exam. When Baltic was Baldock they gave out free exams so that people could get glasses and be able to read or any other thing. People dont have money nowadays so basically youre only treating the rich people you dont take Mainecare. Which isnt uncommon. Couldnt even get any information out of the secretary on the phone. Nothing like the place it used to be. I live with headaches every single day stomach aches are from my eyesight I just wanna get them fixed but I need to know what to fix so I gotta pay $180 to find that out thats sad
