        My tax situation was a little more difficult this year. My preparer did a great job at explaining my options to get me the most money back. I'd definitely use H&R Block again!

        If you want to be told "I don't know what that means" when inquiring anything about your tax documents- then this is the place for you. I had no questions answered and was not referenced to a single piece of information or resources to better understand. If you want a knowledgeable tax professional, maybe seek out elsewhere. "I don't know" and "I guessed" isn't what you want to hear about government documents before receiving a refund 400 dollars less than the HR Block app tells you you're qualified for. No deductions checked for. Quick and easy for them- must be nice.

        A computer glitch on 2/24/24 caused me to travel from North Waterboro to Biddeford Maine twice to finish my taxes. In my opinion, some sort of discount should have been offered. Every from that H&R Block fills out on my behalf they charge me for. I get it. But I should have only traveled ONCE to get my taxes done. It was your computer glitch which cost me money. Do you get it?
