Dont bring your car here unless you want it to take over a month for them to fix the most basic, cosmetic thing. Edit: Your response is meaningless. Looks like you get a lot of the same exact type of complaint. You also kept my friends car hostage here for about 3 months once when any other shop couldve had it done in 2 weeks. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOLKS.

Had a vw go here for body work on passenger side both doors and after got electrical problems after they worked on it went back 4 to 6 times was told they would let me know and call me and never once heard back from them it costed 5k in work and got no response

Beware! Do not have your car towed to this place if you're in an accident. They said they couldn't do an estimate for over a week, yet they charged $80/day "storage" to have the car there until they could get to it. WITHOUT calling me to let me know about this so-called storage fee. Since they wouldn't be able to do repairs for 2-3 months, I was going to tow the car to another shop to get it fixed ... and then they hit me with the accrued storage fees & wouldn't let the tow truck take my car. This may not even be legal. Seems they'd need informed consent to charge fees for this, especially when we initially weren't told how long it would be before they'd look at it to give an estimate. BEWARE.
