I highly recommend these guys if you want outdoor equipment. First, they promptly give you attention in a friendly manner when you enter the store. Next, they are very knowledgeable about their equipment and maintenance. It's easily accessible off of Parkway South. The equipment is top of the line and very reliable. Can't go wrong with these guys!

I brought in my Husqvarna lawnmower early spring (last week of April, first week May) that needed a pulley kit, and was told it'd be about a week and a half. Called in early June to find out what was going on with it, and was told they're waiting on the part. Then he preceded to tell me that I probably wouldn't get my lawnmower back until early September. In the meantime I've spent $25 a week having my lawn mowed (you can do the math). After giving them the whole month of September I figured I'd give a call. I called on September 25th which was a Monday. Got the same character on the phone as the last time, and now he tells me I wouldn't get my mower back until NOVEMBER because the part is still on "back order because of Covid"..what???? So then he tells me he'd give me the part number and to "try my luck". I took the challenge. He gave me the number, and in 15 minutes I had the part bought, and was in the process of being shipped to me. I received the part that Thursday and drove down and handed it to him, where he stated "I'll have them install it". I brought it there at about 11:30 am (they close at 5), and here I am typing this at almost 1pm the following day (Friday) without a call informing me my mower is done. Now you'd think that if you had a customer that has been waiting 5 months (because of a "back ordered" part) for their equipment that you wouldn't have had that customer found and purchased part installed and out the door...It's only right! I couldn't (and wouldn't) in good conscience recommend this "business" to anyone. I've never had such a negative experience with a place that is supposedly there to service the public in my life, and hope I never will again.
