ordered pizza for my cub scout pack at 1030 a.m. for 5 :45 pm pick up, arrived early to pick up and was told it was on time for 5:45 at 555 pizza was still not out, I asked about its expected finish time and was told about 30 more minutes. I had to be someplace with the pizza in ten more minutes, so I was not able to wait and asked to cancel the order. Without apology or explanation, the attendant printed a receipt and walked away from me. I am in the service business, so I get things happen but also an apology or explanation goes a LONG way. I hope this was a onetime thing.

The food was honestly worse than gas station hot and ready food and the pricing is silly. Went just because I was given a gift card and went out to the parking lot to feed breadsticks to the seagulls.
