Walgreens Pharmacy

I stopped using Walgreens as my go to pharmacy years ago because I always had bad experiences. I recently started using Bridgton Walgreens and was amazed at the kindness and knowledge of the pharmacist Flo! However, the same can not be said for one of the woman who rings people up at the pharmacy. There have been multiple occasions where she has been rude and judgemental. You can feel it coming off her.

This rating is in regards to the pharmacy. The service is quick and convenient, and the staff are typically friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, the head Pharmacist is extremely rude and difficult to talk to. Ive been trying to get a prescription transferred for weeks now due to the fact that I am out of state. His smug attitude shows little care for customer service and patient satisfaction. This reflects poorly on Walgreens as it typically is a pleasant place to shop and a good pharmacy otherwise. This ruined my experience and for that reason I would recommend using a different pharmacy.

I went in to pay for a photo that wasnt ready yet and I received so much attitude from one of the employees. I am extremely disappointed and definitely not impressed.

I've been going there for years ,since before it was Rite Aid and Walgreens. No issues at all.... good caring friendly Service from the Staff and Convient Pickup as well.

I am very disappointed in the Pharmacy and new Pharmacist at Walgreens. My boyfriend has had multiple issues with them not having his medication ready on time to not having them ready at all even when he called his physician. He needs his meds to be able to go to work or he would have to call out and that is just irresponsible of them to not pay attention to detail with each patients health. Rite Aid was a far superior branch and always will be.
