        After a bad experience with another company I used for my K1 I decided to try a new company. I was very skeptical after my last company experience but decided to call Dead River. Im beyond happy with the customer service and how well I was treated by Beth from Dead River. She listened to my bad experience, offered a lot of great advice, and had a delivery set up to be delivered to my house the next day. Beth was so kind and generous. Going over many ways for me to save on my heating bill as well. Beth has been amazing to work with. Any time Ive had a question and called shes been right there listening and giving the best advice. I highly recommend Dead River and Beth as a customer service agent.

        I asked on FB who we should use for Propane service, it was hands down a vote for Dead River. I will say that I'm glad I asked and chose Dead River. Erin and Nick have both been amazing to work with, truly good people and care about customer service. 100% recommend them to anyone.

        So it's the holiday. I get it. But when you have a msg. on your phone to press 1 for emergency service and get a disconnect every time you press 1 for emergency service it does not make for a happy customer. You need to check your phone system and your emergency service alternatives. What you have now isn't working.

        Phenomenal people/customer service at every level of the company. Have 5 houses in the area & they have EARNED my business at every level at every home. Cannot recommend enough! One of the only businesses that I have come across recently that does the right thing & makes the customer first EVERY TIME!
