Eric, the owner is great. I have purchased to EZ Port 2i's from him and from start to finish, he was great to work with. From helping me load the ports to sending me parts next day, it doesn't get much better.

We purchased a floating dock from EZ Dock of Maine 3 years ago after many years of struggling installing a wooden dock mounted on posts. The bottom of the lake in our area is muddy making it difficult to walk without sinking in. Eric was very helpful and professional to work with. We are very pleased with the dock and especially the kayak launch section. It makes getting in and out so easy. We recently purchased a aluminum 15 foot gangway from Eric and expect this will add another improvement to our dock system.

the EZ Dock team was fantastic to work with from initial inquiries with helpful suggestions to coaching through the design process. When it came time for installation they patiently guided me through the assembly and disassembly process. They gave me excellent pro tips that really made the install smooth. Highly recommended

Let me be clear Eric is a stand up business man who did nothing less that save my Summer!!! I had ordered 2 EZ Docks from another installer through FWM docks of New Hampshire in February just to make sure I would have my 2 EZ port 2is for this season. I paid a deposit and was guaranteed I would have them in May. Low and behold on delivery week I was told I could not get them for at least another 2 month if not longer. COVID BS excuses . One phone call to Eric at EZ Dock Maine and he secured me my ports with no deposit just a verbal commitment. He explained how to installed the units and even let me use the connection tool for free and saved me $500 in installation cost. My advise to all is stay away from FWM docks at all cost and deal strictly with Eric and EZ Dock of Maine.
