Bob and his crew came when they said they would and finished on time. While not cheap, after pricing out with folks it worked and compared favorably to other crews. Bob worked with me to a price point and we figured out what we could do ourselves to save the skilled work for his crew. I appreciate Bob's no-nonsense negotiation. Would use again. Last fall we hired Driscoll to remove a large branch threatening our property and a neighbor's. They were not very responsive and when they finally did arrive (with a few hours notice), another firm showed up (Driscoll had subcontracted) which did not end up removing the branch. Subsequent attempts to get them to return were met with no response.
