My husband and I tried to open account online they told us they closing account due to they can't verify us really horrible bank don't bank here at all go elsewhere period bad bank tells me I'm not me

Re: Branch Mgr: Annie Deprey: It was an appalling disappointment to be forced to speak with this a) quietly pretentious, b) smugly indifferent c) blissfully ignorant and d) demurely condescending little trollop. She has no idea whatsoever what is happening in the community around her and truly couldn't care less about the customer, either. Apparently, she merely wishes to show up for work, obsequiously ingratiate her pathetic self to her superiors while routinely collecting her largely gratuitous and moderately dirty little paycheck at the end of every week. Keeping her in her current position, however, is a HUGE advantage to your competitors and will certainly lose you customers.

I've never had a bad banking experience with Partners. No bad attitude from their representatives, even during busy peak hours. Always has that small town community vibe - even when using the ATM. Nice perks for checking accounts, for example: end of month refunds for ATM fees, no sneaky fees, online banking. Their savings accounts are great too. Wish they had more locations throughout Southern/Central Maine - though what should you expect from a TRUE local branch? Quality over quantity, and they deliver.
