Tom should be fired has no knowledge of car parts and does not deal with customers good. After doing several thousand dollars worth of business there month after month. I questioned price on a part he refused to look at it and told me I should take my business someplace else.

Worst napa in maine! I love napa and most of the time they are so helpful and cheerful but this place almost made me loose my cool. One of the employees pulled a part for me to check and see if it worked for my vehicle, reluctantly I might add, and when it didn't and I asked for his opinion and to look up and grab some other options for me he proceeds to tell me I need to do my research and its not his job to go get me parts... excuse me that's your only job! I will never go there again he ruined my already bad day and I hope he gets fired. If I could rate negative stars I would

I can't rate them high enough. I had a dead battery. I bought the battery at a good price, and I asked them where I could get it installed. It was a complicated installation being in the trunk, bolted down, under the spare tire. They said they would do it, and they spent more than 30 minutes getting it installed because of the complicated installation. I asked how much they wanted for the installation, and they said nothing. They wouldn't even take a significant tip that I offered them. They were super, saved me a major headache and a significant amount of time. I can't rate them high enough.
