Tommy Uhil was always ready to answer our questions (we had many since we were buying a home from a long distance.) He always responded to and answered phone calls and texts attentively. He would research for solutions and answer our concerns in a timely fashion - he never left us hanging. He skillfully helped us set expectations with the seller knowing the necessary nuances of both parties. I cant thank him enough and feel like I have made a friend in my new community where we will happily soon be living. Our dream had always been to have a house near the water. As artists coming from NYC, this was a big change for us and we felt at home in the quiet and natural setting of Camden. We knew from the moment we saw the house that this was our house. When we called Camden Real Estate for the first time and Alex Uhll answered the phone, we did not realize just how lucky we had been. Alex and Tommy worked tirelessly to make that dream become a reality. I highly recommend working with Alex and Tommy Uhll. They are highly detailed oriented, have extensive knowledge of real estate, and are honorable having your best interest at heart. If that is not enough they have a great sense of humor which helps tremendously during what can often be a stressful time. Alex and her team helped us navigate 2 less than traditional real estate deals smoothy and successfully. She listened attentively to our needs, always answered any questions we had, and addressed any matters expediently.
